We are looking for a skilled and driven Cloud Infrastructure / DevOps Engineer to join our infrastructure team to help operate, optimize, and scale our SaaS platform.
AdvaHealth Solutions is headquartered out of Singapore but has hybrid and remote team with members across the globe. AdvaPACS is a mission critical system supported 24/7 with customers covering all time zones. We are seeking a remote employee that is preferably in the Pacific Time Zone to provide the best cover for our existing team.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate, maintain, and enhance the AdvaPACS cloud-native infrastructure with a strong emphasis on security, reliability and performance.
- Develop and manage Infrastructure as Code using Terraform to ensure reproducibility and version control across environments.
- Implement and maintain continuous deployment workflows using ArgoCD, ensuring fast and safe delivery of features and fixes.
- Work with Kubernetes to orchestrate microservices, monitor workloads, and optimize resource utilization.
- Monitor infrastructure health, perform root cause analysis, and implement proactive solutions to improve stability and scalability.
- Collaborate with development and product teams to align infrastructure design with business and application needs.
Must-Have Qualifications
- Strong hands-on experience with AWS, including services such as EC2, S3, RDS and EKS.
- Deep understanding and production experience with Terraform for IaC.
- Proficiency with ArgoCD for GitOps-based deployment pipelines.
- Solid understanding of Kubernetes and container orchestration in production environments.
- Strong troubleshooting and automation skills with a focus on performance and cost optimization.
Nice-to-Have Qualifications
- Experience in the healthcare domain, particularly working with medical imaging systems (PACS, DICOM, HL7, FHIR).
- Familiarity with security and compliance standards related to healthcare (eg ISO 27001).
- Experience with observability tools like Prometheus, Grafana, or similar.
